Sisterhood of Hip Hop star Siya has dropped a freaky new song titled "Explicit",  featuring Lyrica Anderson. The New York femcee keeps it blunt, letting these girls know that she just wants to f*ck. The song is pretty much self-explainatory and straight to the point, but I love Siya's dominant,rapid fire flow, and the overall feel of the track is very sensual (New strip club anthem?). Mikhala Jene - Situationships

Roc Nation producer Deputy is on a roll. With his breakout hit w/ Rihanna (#BBHMM), he continues the heat with his own artist, Mikhala Jene and her new single, "Situationships". Over the slinky mid-tempo groove, Mikhala serves up a 90s vocal that just makes you feel so good. Her voice glides so effortlessly and further pushes the 'realness' of the song; really round the way girl. I honestly think it's a bonafide,urban hit. Everyone I know, including myself, has gone through and/or has experienced these lyrics at some point in their life. Video: Lil George - Sauce

Hit Benihanas in pajamas...16 year old Lil George steps on the scene with his breakout hit "Sauce". The young detroit rapper turns up with some friends in a jumper filled with money, then takes it to the studio. The song is very catchy, and you can tell how confident he is by his comfortability in the visual. At times his flow reminds me of Big Sean, but he definitely has a free spirited, sense of youthfulness to his style. Get lost in the sauce below.

Bay Area songstress Kehlani is gearing up for the release of her second mixtape, "You should Be Here". The latest leak from the project is the slinky,super sexy "Jealous". The honest track spews real lines such as, You stay taking pictures,just to show them to your b*tches..so you can make them jealous...woah. Kehlani has a knack for including current generational topics into her music,which relates very well to both men and women. Guess who's back?! Tyra B (Country Boy,Still In Love,Givin' Me A Rush) has officially rejoined the music industry and is making a major statement with her first single. The singer has taken control of her career and is finally able to express her sexuallity publicly. "Tease" showcases Tyra's immaculate dancing abilities, as she goes after a flirty chick who toys between having a man and crossing over to the otherside. I love the live drums! And everyone knows I live for choreography! The song overall is pretty catchy, equipped with great melodies and a colorful vocal. We haven't seen an openly gay female singer succeed in the urban mainstream arena, so it'll be interesting to see how she fares (The positive responses has been amazing thus far). Tiara Thomas - On Me

Tiara Thomas is gearing up to release her new EP, #UpInSmoke, and has dropped the R&B  "On Me" to give us more of a taste of what's to come. At first I thought it would be a hard, rap track, but I was pleasantly surprised when the talented singer gave a melodic,atmospheric approach to flipping off the haters and naysayers. The former Interscope Records artist has been pleasing my soul with all of her latest songs, so it's a little annoying that she doesn't get the praise and/or exposure that she deserves. Video: Kyndall - Close To Me

Kyndall, my favorite new artist, has released her brand new video "Close To Me", and she's serving ghetto chic realness all up and through it. Accompanied by shirtless male model Don Benjamin, the young Texan professes her love while cuddling up along a beach in her hometown. I enjoyed the simplicity of it all because it gave us a chance to really connect with the emotion behind the lyrics.This is my absolute favorite track on her EP #StillDown, so I'm glad she wasted no time giving us a visual. One by one, I watch em' fall down...One of the most promising new acts out, Tinashe, returns with her fiery new video "All Hands On Deck". In the high octane clip, Ms. Kachingwe struts her stuff in an abandoned shipyard, performing choreography 100 feet in the air! This is how you show up and show out. Outfit changes, non-stop dancing, creativity, and confidence in abundance...all I can say is, 10's across the board. I'm happy that someone finally gave me something to be excited about. "All Hands On Deck" is the latest single to be taken from her debut album, #Aquarius, available now. Get into it below.

Video: Ceraadi - Favorite Song

Shoutout to my hittas...R&B trio Ceraadi has slowly, but surely been making an impact with their Drake sampled debut single, "Favorite Song". The LA sisters serve up the accompanying visual and let's just say two things come to mind...the movie ATL and my childhood (Rollerskate Land and Skate World ayeeee). Set at a rollerskating rink, the girls dance and party with their friends, showing off a few moves. Cute video for a cute song. Ceraadi is currently in the studio with the likes of DJ Marley Waters (2 On), and has been spotted with Christina Milian, repping the #WeArePopCulture brand. Video: Pia Mia ft. G Eazy - Fuck With You

After racking up over 10 million plays, Interscope singer Pia Mia has finally released the video for her hit single "Fuck With You" featuring Bay Area rapper G-Eazy. The glossy visual starts with Pia finding polaroids of a girl that her boyfriend has been seeing on the side, and she's had enough. G-Eazy plays the new guy who ends up whisking the Guamanian beauty away in his candy painted convertibile after sharing an intense make out sesh. I love the different looks and the storyline, but I wish there was choreography since the track is uptempo and Pia is a dancer. Hopefully we'll get to see her burn up the stage live to make up for it. "Fuck With You" is available now on iTunes with her debut album following later this year.
